Your responsibilities

We are hiring a proactive Communication and Engagement Working Student (F/M/D) to support our Growth team across content, campaigns, and events. You will work directly with our Senior Growth Manager as a team of two, which means your work ships fast, is visible, and makes a real difference At CELUS, we are building the platform where component adoption happens, connecting electronics engineers with design components. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B marketing within a start-up environment. 

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Content: Draft, design, and schedule content across our channels, from LinkedIn posts and visuals to campaign copy. Track what performs and keep our content calendar and asset library in order.
  • Webinars: Support our webinar series end to end: promotion assets, registration emails, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Email campaigns: Build and schedule marketing emails in HubSpot and pull the basic numbers to see what lands.
  • Trade shows: Help prepare our presence at shows like Embedded World and Electronica, including booth materials, pre-show outreach, and lead follow-up.
  • Partners and creators: Support co-branded content with partners such as NXP, Würth Elektronik, and Siemens EDA, and with engineering creators, coordinating assets and timelines.

Your profile

  • Enrolled student in Business Management, Communication, Marketing or a related field
  • Strong writer who can draft clear, engaging copy across formats, from LinkedIn posts to emails and blog drafts
  • Well organized, comfortable managing a content calendar and juggling parallel timelines across webinars, events, and campaigns
  • Creative doer who brings ideas of their own and actually builds them, from new content formats to experiments we have not tried yet
  • Self-starter who is proactive, comfortable with ownership, and works without daily direction
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
  • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot or Adobe, and prior exposure to organizing webinars or trade shows, is advantageous but not essential
